National Donut Day

It's the 2nd day of June in Aotearoa New Zealand. Not only is it officially winter time here, but we're also celebrating National Donut Day. It's interesting to note that there are two of these days, June 2 and November 5, as well as also two ways of spelling the word donut and doughnut.  And here's a great way to enjoy the day with a box of Epiphany Cafe Donuts, your pillow-soft, sweet inspiration. For the moment it's only available in Hamilton (NZ) and in selected areas in Auckland (NZ).  What is awesome about this donut is that it's made from fresh New Zealand ingredients, lovingly researched and perfected by a group of dedicated Filipino bakers.
