Stuffed pork chops

We will also feature/share with you recipes that we have found on the Web. Like this Stuffed pork chops on the Food Network.  There are some unique ingredients used in cooking this dish like cornbread and dried cranberries.  I know that cranberries contain dietary fibre and are good antioxidants, while cornbread normally contains cornmeal.  I believe that here in NZ, we don't import pork, that we raise our own, to ensure quality pork and humane care for the pigs.  I'm not much of a pork eater nowadays because of health reasons.  But I do partake of a slice or two from time to time just to keep the taste of pork running in my brain.
